"Pretty good support, maybe a little slow to start"
I had a minor issue where my order confirmation didn’t show up right away, so I ended up emailing customer service. It did take a little while to hear back at first, which was kind of frustrating, but once someone replied, they were helpful and explained things clearly.
They looked up my order and sent over the tracking info without making it feel like a big hassle. The watch arrived just fine too. I’d probably give it 4 stars since the first response could’ve been quicker, but overall, I think they handled it well.

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I’m usually picky about watches, so I was a little nervous ordering one online without seeing it in person first. But the photos on worldofwatches.com were really accurate. The color, size, and dial all matched what showed up, which I appreciated because I hate when product photos make something look better than it is. Shipping was totally fine too. Overall, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again.

The tracking ended up being reliable for my order. I got updates when the package was moving, and the delivery date they listed was the same day it actually arrived.
I checked it a couple of times along the way and it was easy to follow, not confusing or all over the place. Nothing especially fancy, but it did exactly what I needed, so I was happy with it.

"Found it way faster than expected"
I was ready to get annoyed and spend forever digging through the site, but nope, it was actually super easy. The filters worked really well, checkout was quick, and I found the watch I wanted without all the endless clicking around. Smooth experience.

The watch is okay overall, but I feel like the quality could be better. Maybe I’m being a little picky because I’ve had a few nicer watches before, but this one just doesn’t feel as solid as I hoped. It works fine, so I’ll probably keep using it for now.

I ordered a watch from worldofwatches.com i was mostly nervous about the shipping. But everything went really smoothly!! I got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up exactly on the day they said it would. The box was in good shape too, no damage or anything. Super happy with how reliable the delivery was, and I’d definitely order from them again!!

I had to exchange a watch because I picked the wrong size, so that part was on me. The process started off a little slow, which was a bit frustrating, but customer service did get back to me and helped sort it out. The replacement arrived in good shape and fits much better. Not a totally perfect experience, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

The watch I received was mostly like what was shown on the product page, just not exactly. The size and color felt a little different in person, especially compared to the photos, which made me think... I don’t know, I expected it to match a bit more. The main details were accurate and nothing major was left out, so it wasn’t a bad purchase. I just wish the description had been clearer before I ordered...

I ordered a watch from worldofwatches.com and ended up returning it because once I saw it in person, it felt bigger than I expected. i should’ve trusted my instinct when I was unsure about the size. The return instructions were straightforward, and I didn’t get the feeling they were making the process difficult on purpose. The refund took a few days to show up, so it wasn’t instant, but it was reasonable. Overall, I’d say their return policy is fair, I just wish it moved a little quicker.

“About two or three years ago something went wrong at World of Watches. They canceled one of my orders and issued a full refund... then they disappeared From the internet... I missed them and then about a year ago the reappeared. Why? I have no idea. Someone asked if the watches they sell are new... YES! (NOT USED).”
